General Conditions

By booking on our website, you're guaranteed the best price! Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. After these 48 hours, one night will be charged in the event of cancellation or modification of your reservation.

Cancellation Conditions

All cancellations must be confirmed to us in writing (email or letter).
In the event of cancellation within 48 hours of the arrival date, the establishment reserves the right to retain all deposit paid (i.e., the amount of one night's stay).

In the event of a cancellation less than one month in advance for a reservation by a group of at least 75% of the hotel's capacity, this will result in the billing of one full night's stay for all rooms reserved.

Reservations and cancellations during the Avignon Festival

For a reservation of 1 night the deposit is one night
For a reservation of more than 1 night the deposit is 50% of the stay
Payment of the deposit (see general case above)
For any confirmed reservation, the cancellation period is 60 days before your stay. This must be notified to us by email. Otherwise, the deposit paid in advance upon reservation will be invoiced and retained.
Any change of dates less than 7 days before your confirmed stay will result in the invoicing of a fee equivalent to 50% per night cancelled, modified or moved. During your stay, any change to the originally planned dates is considered a cancellation (the total nights will be charged).

Arrival/Departure

Rooms are available from 4 p.m.

Please let us know your arrival time and we will do our best to have the rooms ready on time if you arrive earlier. For arrivals after 6:00 p.m., a credit card number or a deposit check is required. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Any delay may result in an additional night's charge. However, you can request to keep your room a little longer at the reception desk, which will arrange this. This option is subject to availability and may not always be possible.

We will take care of your luggage from 8:00 a.m. The reception desk closes at 8:00 p.m. Please let us know if you plan to arrive after 8 p.m.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.
