General terms and conditions

By booking on our website, you are guaranteed to get the best prices! Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After these 48 hours, one night will be charged in case of cancellation or modification of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be confirmed to us in writing (email or letter).
In the case of cancellation within 48 hours of the arrival date, the establishment reserves the right to retain the full deposit. paid (i.e., the amount of one night's stay).

In the case of a cancellation less than one month in advance for a reservation by a group of at least 75% of the hotel's capacity, this will result in the charge of a full night's stay for all rooms reserved.

Non-refundable reservations are not eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation.

Reservations and cancellations during the Avignon Festival

For a 1-night reservation, the deposit is equal to one night's stay
For reservations longer than 1 night, the deposit is 50% of the total stay
Deposit payment (see general case above)
