Terms and conditions

By booking on our website, you are guaranteed to get the best prices! Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date. After these 24 hours, one night will be charged in the event of cancellation or modification of your reservation.

Cancellation policy

Any cancellation must be confirmed to us in writing (e -mail or letter).
In the case of cancellation within 24 hours preceding the day of arrival, the establishment reserves the right to keep the entire deposit paid (i.e. the amount of one night).

In the case of a cancellation of less than 'one month for a reservation by a group of at least 75% of the hotel's capacity, this will result in the billing of a total night for all the rooms reserved.

Reservation and cancellation during the Avignon Festival< /span>

For a reservation of 1 night the deposit is for one night
For a reservation of more than 1 night the deposit is 50% of the stay
Payment of the deposit (see general case above )
For all confirmed reservations, the cancellation deadline is 30 days before your stay. This must be indicated to us by email or fax. Otherwise, the reservation deposit paid in advance will be charged and retained.
Any modification of dates less than 7 days before your confirmed stay will result in the billing of fees equivalent to 50% per canceled night modified or moved. During your stay any change of dates initially planned is considered a cancellation (total nights will be billed).

Arrival/Departure

Rooms are available from 4 p.m. < /span>

Let us know your arrival time and we will do our best to have the rooms ready on time if you arrive earlier. For arrival after 6:00 p.m., credit card number or deposit check is required. Rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. Any delay may result in the billing of an additional night. However, you can ask to keep the room a little longer at reception who will do what is necessary. This facility depends on availability and will not be systematically possible.

We will take care of your luggage from 8 o'clock in the morning. The reception is closed at 8 p.m. Please notify us if you arrive after 8 p.m.

Animals

Pets are allowed. You are responsible for the good behavior of your animal, which must be kept on a leash. You will be asked to compensate for any damage for which you are found responsible. A supplement of €5 per night and per animal is applied to the room rate.
